#1. There are no restaurants closed to here, must walk 400 m to Mecure hotel area. #2. But hotel's breakfast restaurant is under renovation. #3. Lobby has no food besides vending muachine, even need to pay if I want to charage electricity on lobby area. #4. pool is very clean, recommendable, gym is cozy and dark. #5. Of course, price was competitive, and it must be .

Hotel amenities are very updated and functional, hotel crew is very welcoming and pleasant, is pleasing stay✍️🌸

We have a good experience. The property is clean and it is close to public transport. Will stay there again.

酒店是具有基督教文化影響並有將部分盈利支援社會弱勢群體的一家酒店 房間裡外都很乾淨整潔 員工禮貌有教養 酒店泳池水很乾淨 交通：步行5分鐘可達地鐵 三分鐘可達105等大巴 5分鐘步行可達7·11便利店，十分方便。我只訂了一晚 但發覺不錯後又增加了兩晚，最後又增加一晚共住了4晚 確實不錯 點贊👍支持 也歡迎更多華人入住 為教會貢獻微薄之力也是一件善事 不是嗎？！

我對這家酒店的服務感到非常失望，特別是前台員工Tim的態度令人無法接受： 1. Tim的服務態度極其惡劣，表現出明顯的歧視行為。對中國遊客大聲呵斥，拒絕提供拖鞋和牙刷，甚至要求中國遊客付款5新幣購買拖鞋。他還編造了許多隱藏費用，強迫客人付款。 2. 酒店根本不是大床房，而是兩個雙床拼接在一起，床單上有汙漬，且出現了不明汙穢，非常不衞生。 3. 房間噪音非常大，幾乎無法入睡，聲音比飛機起飛時還要響。儘管Tim承諾第二天修理噪音問題，但第二天依然沒有修好。 希望酒店管理層能夠看到這條評價並及時聯繫我解決問題，否則我將向相關主管部門投訴，曝光到媒體，並追究責任。房間號：406，入住日期：0226-0228。 I am extremely disappointed with the service at this hotel, especially with the attitude of the front desk staff member, Tim: 1. Tim’s service was highly unprofessional and discriminatory. He shouted at Chinese guests, refused to provide slippers and toothbrushes, and even demanded 5 SGD per pair for slippers. He fabricated many hidden charges and forced guests to pay. 2. The room was not a double bed as promised, but two twin beds pushed together. The sheets were stained, and there were unidentifiable stains, which made the room unhygienic. 3. The noise level in the room was unbearable, louder than the sound of a plane taking off, making it impossible to sleep. Although Tim promised to fix the noise issue the following day, nothing was done. I expect hotel management to address this issue and contact me directly. If no action is taken, I will file a complaint with the relevant authorities, expose this issue to the media, and pursue further action. Room 406, stay from 0226-0228.

1. 不小心訂錯酒店，原本是想定orchard上的YMCA結果訂成了Metropolitan YMCA。大概半個小時之前預訂的，但發現訂錯之後，不管通過訂房網站還是直接聯繫酒店，酒店都拒絕退款，並且申請兩晚改成一晚也拒絕更改申請。酒店有非常強的話語權。由於上家酒店滿房，我們將行李搬到酒店，定的是雙人大床房，但是由於我爸是凌晨三點的飛機，所以行李也會放在我房裡，酒店大堂卻嚴肅地要求我爸要在十點之前走。我就很納悶我訂的房間，還要限制來我房間人的時間嗎？何況我爸不住在這裡，要飛回國2. 酒店設施：房間裡沒有吹風機、浴帽、拖鞋、電話、甚至垃圾桶不套垃圾袋（這家酒店將降本發揮到極致）。床頭上有寫掃碼添加微信，但是前台不會回覆（有配圖）。下樓去問有沒有拖鞋，前台説要額外付錢，並且問有沒有浴帽的時候，前台很拽的説我們這裡衹提供基本的洗漱用品，比如洗髮水沐浴露牙刷牙膏，我再三確認之下才給我一個浴帽，服務態度超級差。另外，熱水特別不穩定，哪怕我開到最熱檔，水也就是溫熱。3. 酒店隔音超級差，在房間裡可以聽到別人大笑，甚至凌晨能清楚地聽到車水馬龍的聲音，因為酒店靠近馬路，一直有車來來往往，特別吵，難以入睡，隔音差到可以聽到隔壁的人在吹頭髮。4、退房的時候，我去大堂退房，請求幫助能否可以把我的行李送至門口，直接用中文回答我們酒店不提供這種服務。我一個小個子女生拿兩個大行李，下樓遇到中國路人都直接主動問我是否需要help，酒店大堂直接冷漠地拒絕讓我覺得很沒有人情味。我非常不推薦這家酒店不僅是設施不齊全、更是因為服務態度不好更是性價比低（921 一晚）

I expected the hotel to be basic and no frills, so no complain about the basic room setup. King bed is put together by two small beds and the middle part is so hard and popping out, so it is impossible to sleep in the middle for a single person. Wifi is simply terrible. I can’t believe in this day and age and in Singapore, the wifi can be so bad. The tv (which depended on wifi) is out of signal 80% of the time. Can’t have a decent video call, as the wifi signal keeps coming on and off if I move my laptop slightly. The good side is it is near Stevens MRT and a few bus stops to Orchard area.
